Delivery & Shipping
For in stock items shipping will take 1 – 2 weeks. A leadtime will be advise for orders
that are in the manufacturing process. Please take the time-guideline on the product
description into consideration. Doeksak ship orders to major cities via courier –
estimate delivery 3-5 working days once order is sent and orders to outlying areas
via the SA Post Office – estimate delivery is 7-9 workings days once order is sent.
We will provide your waybill/post office tracking number as soon as your order has
been sent. We always do our best to dispatch orders asap once payment is
received. Should you have any queries with regards to your shipment please email
us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once order has been sent Doeksak will email you confirmation with your
waybill/tracking number. This will enable you to track your parcel’s delivery status.
The delivery status will be available on the website of the company transporting your
goods. If you have any additional queries, please email us email@example.com with
your details and order number in order for us to assist you.
We do offer rush order options if needed, you can email us on firstname.lastname@example.org
to discuss options.
Please note we will do our best to assist you, please email us on
email@example.com. There are a few possibilities to fix the error, however should
additional costs occur, we will not be held responsible and it will be for your account.
Should we not be able to retrieve orders due to a faulty delivery address we will not
be held responsible.
We are an online based retailer and therefor do not allow collections.
Yes, we deliver country wide and also offer international delivery, please email us at
firstname.lastname@example.org providing the delivery address in order for us to quote you.
We do not deliver to post office addresses.
