Yes we do, please email us on info@doeksak.co.za and we will arrange an
electronic coupon for you to use in our shop.

In order to exchange please contact Doeksak on info@doeksak.co.za to check and
discuss options and availability. This should be done within 7 days once order was
delivered. Please note no refunds will be done.

Please notify us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the defective product on
info@doeksak.co.za.

We do not accept exchange or returns on sale items.
