Yes! All our leather bags come with a 6-month warranty that covers any manufacturing defects. It does not cover general wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by water, chemicals, or overloading. You can read the full warranty policy here.

Wipe your bag gently with a damp cloth. Avoid soaking or using harsh chemicals. Leather can be treated with a good quality leather balm if needed. Keep your bag dry and store it in a cool place when not in use.

Orders are usually processed within 5 - 10 working days excluding delivery. Delivery times depend on your location but are generally:

  • Local (SA): 5 - 10 working days excluding delivery
  • International: Shipping timelines vary; contact us for more info.

Yes, we do. Please email us at info@doeksak.co.za if you’re ordering from outside South Africa so we can assist with shipping options and costs.

We want you to truly love your Doeksak. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of receiving it, as long as the bag is unused and in its original condition. Please note that return courier fees will be at your own cost and the courier fee for a new bag.

We occasionally work with businesses for corporate gifts, branded items, or bulk purchases. Get in touch at info@doeksak.co.za to discuss your needs.

At this stage, we don’t offer personalisation or embossing. However, your nearest laser engraver would be able to sort you out.

Because our bags are handcrafted in small batches, they do sometimes sell out quickly. If a product is out of stock, you can email us at info@doeksak.co.za and we’ll let you know when it’s expected back, or recommend something similar.

Currently, we are an online-only store and do not offer local collection. All orders are shipped via reliable couriers directly to your door.

We are working on it! If you're interested in giving someone a Doeksak but you're unsure which bag they’d love, email us—we may be able to assist with a manual voucher until our official gift card system is live.

If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible at info@doeksak.co.za. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to assist. Once it’s been dispatched, we unfortunately can’t make changes or cancellations. Cancellation admin costs will also be deducted from you refund as per our policy.
