Shipping policy

For in-stock items, please allow 1–2 weeks for delivery. If your item is still in production, a lead time will be communicated — please refer to the estimated timeframe listed on the product description.

We ship orders via courier to major cities in South Africa, with an estimated delivery of 3–5 working days once dispatched. For outlying areas, please allow 7–9 working days after dispatch.

You’ll receive your waybill or tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. We always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible once payment is received.
